ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

Many designs featured by Alexa Sidaris and Malibu Gem Lab are made to order. Orders may require up to 4 weeks for delivery. 'In Stock' items ship within 2 Business Days.  Please contact sales@alexasidaris.com to inquire about a specific delivery date.

After your order is placed, you will receive an automated email confirmation. In the event your order is delayed, we will communicate promptly and work with you to resolve any issues that may arise during the course of fulfillment. 

Production time and pricing are quoted individually for all Custom and Special Order items. Most items pictured are available in alternate metals and with a variety of gemstone options. Email us for details.

Please note that we have an extensive design catalog and not all available options are pictured. Contact sales@alexasidaris.com to inquire about designs seen on our official Instagram, in press or elsewhere.

SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES

Shipping is free of charge when your order is completed and paid for through the checkout process at www.alexasidaris.com. All packages are insured for their full value to protect your merchandise. An adult signature is required upon receipt. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please be aware that the buyer is solely responsible for the acceptance of their order upon delivery. Neither Alexa Sidaris nor Malibu Gem Lab is responsible for any International duties, taxes, fees, lost packages or delays in delivery.
