Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns. However there are limited exceptions to this. Feel free to contact sales@alexasidaris.com with any questions or concerns prior to your purchase. In some cases we will allow exchanges. Customers are responsible for all secure packaging, shipping & insurance charges associated with their return.

Packages are NOT ACCEPTED at our studio without prior approval. All shipments must clearly display our label with your specific RA# assigned prior to shipping.
